Purpose

Calisthenics World is a platform to discover street workout parks and a 3D Park Builder to design them. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. The service is designed, published and operated by Uplif Dev, an IT services company (ESN).

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete it at any time from the Account page.

Content you submit

You keep your rights over what you submit. You grant Uplif Dev (Entreprise Individuelle - Mathieu REA) a non-exclusive, worldwide, free licence to host, display, moderate and distribute it on the service, and to include approved parks in the public map. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may refuse, edit or remove content during moderation.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, hateful, misleading or infringing content.
• No attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or break the security of the service.
• No submission of a template or demo park as your own project.

Engineering disclaimer: pre-design tool only

Calisthenics World is a pre-design tool producing an indicative preliminary design (Avant-Projet Sommaire, APS). The 3D models, PDF and DXF plans, EN 16630 / EN 1176 / EN 1177 checks, quantities, 600 × 600 mm footings and budget ranges it produces are strictly indicative. They are not engineering design, structural or geotechnical calculation, execution drawings, a quote, a certification or an attestation of conformity.

Before any works, and before any opening to the public, the project must be validated by an EN 16630-certified equipment manufacturer, which also remains responsible for installation and final on-site conformity, by a civil-works (VRD) design office and by an approved inspection body such as Apave, Socotec or TÜV. Safety thresholds, free-fall heights, impact areas, footing sizes and prices shown by the service must never replace the manufacturer’s data sheet, the applicable standards or the opinion of a qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Uplif Dev (Entreprise Individuelle - Mathieu REA) nor its contributors accept liability for physical, material or financial damage resulting from the use of these outputs without that validation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, notably for intentional fault, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our fault.

Suppliers listed in “Where to buy”

The B2B directory lists manufacturers, installers, purchasing centrals and inspection bodies for information only, in no order of preference. Listing is neither an endorsement nor a certification, and no supplier pays to be listed. Services, standards and prices are each company’s usual offer: check them in a written quote. We are not a party to any contract between you and a supplier.

Intellectual property

The service, its code, design and brand belong to Uplif Dev (Entreprise Individuelle - Mathieu REA). The plans you generate from your own project may be used by you freely, including to request quotes. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance. Subject to the engineering disclaimer above and to mandatory law, our liability is limited to direct damage and, for a paid service, to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.

Paid services

If paid services (for example B2B digital exports) are introduced, prices, taxes and the withdrawal and refund rules are shown before payment and described in the refund policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence and may use the consumer mediation service indicated by the publisher. Otherwise, the competent courts are those of the publisher’s registered office.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version and substantial changes are announced in the service. Contact: contact@uplifdev.pro.
